What you eat, how you train and how much you move, connected by an AI coach that adjusts your day.
Step one
Lose fat, build muscle or recomposition. Your calories, your macros, your loads and your training volume all come from there.
A goal with a number
Fitto works out what you really burn and sets the deficit or the surplus. No crash diets. It recalculates with your weight and your movement.
The problem
One counts calories. Another builds workouts. Another counts steps. Your body responds to all three at once.
Fitto, your coach
Trained hard: your calorie margin goes up. Slept badly: intensity comes down. Walked too little: it tells you in time.
Nutrition
Plus a weekly plan with real recipes from your cuisine. Swap any meal for another that fits your numbers.
The idea
Every data point feeds the other three. That thread is the product.
Training
The weight goes up with the effort you report, not with a generic chart. Every record is logged.
Day one
7 days free. Cancel anytime from your store.
Manifesto
It is not about eating less. It is about knowing how much, and about food that tastes like home.
A program with a beginning and an end. Every set has a weight, a tempo and a reason.
Tuesday’s steps change Tuesday’s dinner. That is why they have to live in the same place.
Your body does not change because of one thing. It changes when everything counts and everything is connected.
The system
Seven days, with your calories and your macros. Mexican, Colombian, Mediterranean, Japanese and 20 more cuisines, with step-by-step instructions.

12 weeks in 4 phases. Sets, reps, tempo, rest and suggested weight for every exercise, with video.

“Legs, 45 minutes, include lunges. No barbell squats.”
Fitto builds that workout, with your equipment and your level. It also adjusts the day if something hurts or you only have half an hour.

One photo logs what you ate with its macros. At the restaurant, scan the menu and it tells you what to order based on what you have left for the day.

Weight, body fat estimated from a photo, muscle and personal records. The chart that matters is yours.

One code, two phones, the same workout. One does the set while the other rests.

On your wrist
The whole session from your watch: which exercise is next, how much weight, how long you rest. Mark the set and the next one follows.

I love FitAlaCarte! For the first time I feel I am training in a way that really works for me. I have noticed changes in my body, I am stronger and my muscles are starting to show, but the best part is that I am not wrecked after every workout.
The routines are varied, easy to follow and they motivate me to complete every session of the week. Fitto is also wonderful: if I feel an exercise is not working the right muscle, I ask and it helps me improve my technique.
Add the meal plan on top of that and the results show even more! I am happy with the app and with what I am achieving.
It isn’t simply an app for counting steps or calories.

My experience with FitAlaCarte has been excellent. At 57, and at a stage when hormonal changes can make results slower, I’ve been able to see real changes and, above all, feel that I’m doing something complete and right for me.
What I like most is how personalized it is. It takes into account my age, weight, height, training level, possible injuries, goals and even whether I prefer to train at home or at a gym. I’m a beginner and I train at home with my own weights, and I still have a complete routine that works my whole body, with very clear instructions, demonstrations of every exercise and the chance to ask Fitto, my AI coach, anything I’m unsure about.
I love the nutrition side too. It doesn’t stop at counting calories: it offers a huge range of meal options, lets me swap whatever I don’t feel like and gives me ingredients, quantities and step-by-step preparation. Even if I eat out, I can take a photo of the menu and get help choosing the options that best fit my plan. That lets me enjoy a celebration or a meal out without feeling I have to give up on my goals.
Something else I value enormously is the tracking. FitAlaCarte can connect with health apps, Samsung Health in my case, to bring in my steps and daily activity, including my walks, so I can watch my progress. I also get advice and motivation all the time; even if I interrupt my routine for some reason, the app is still there, encouraging me to pick it back up.
It also has details that make training more dynamic, like games during the rest periods, and it even lets you train remotely with a friend who is somewhere else.
For me, that is what makes FitAlaCarte different: it isn’t simply an app for counting steps or calories. It brings together nutrition, strength training, physical activity, progress tracking, learning and support in one place.
Seeing changes that, at this age, I had come to think would be very hard to achieve, even if they come little by little, has given me back hope and motivation. For me it has been a truly excellent experience.
What I like most is the AI chat, because it makes the app much more interactive and motivating.

I’ve had a very positive experience with the app so far. What I like most is the AI chat, because it makes the app much more interactive and motivating: I can ask for advice and get guidance tailored to my needs. I also really appreciate that the app calculates calorie needs based on my exercise level, which is super useful.
The training style is another big plus for me, especially since I enjoy intense CrossFit-style exercises that are easy to fit into a busy schedule. As a parent of three with little time, that kind of efficiency matters enormously.
I think the app has a lot of potential, especially with its personalization features. In the future, I’d like to see more equipment options added, such as treadmills or rowing machines, as well as more flexibility when entering weights.
On the nutrition side, a feature to simply scan foods and get their calories would be amazing for people like me who prefer simple tracking over strict meal plans. Overall, it’s a very promising app with great tools, particularly the AI support, and I can absolutely see it becoming even more useful over time.
Today I feel healthy, optimistic, strong and happy.

I am almost 40 and in FitAlaCarte I have found a tool I really enjoy and that has helped me take care of myself, both physically and personally.
One of the things I like most is that I can exercise from home and adapt the routines to my needs. Beyond the physical changes I have started to notice, I have achieved something just as important to me: making time for myself, feeling better about myself and turning exercise into part of my everyday life.
I also love knowing that my daughters can see me taking care of my health and learn, through my example, that staying active and healthy is a way of loving ourselves. Together we are building habits that I hope will stay with us for many years.
The routines are very clear and easy to follow: the instructions, the repetitions and the explanation of each exercise mean I can do them safely. And when one feels too complicated, I can ask for an alternative and keep working towards the goal of the session.
FitAlaCarte keeps me moving, but above all it keeps me excited. I had never done a routine with weights and today it has become a part I enjoy and consider necessary in my day-to-day.
If I had to recommend FitAlaCarte, I would without hesitation. For me, its benefits go far beyond the physical: it has helped me find a space for myself, feel more active and enjoy the process of looking after my health.
Today I feel healthy, optimistic, strong and happy. And that is, without a doubt, one of the things I value most about this experience.
Most of the ingredients are things I already have at home, so I am managing to follow the diet properly.

My experience with the app has been very good. I had never used an app to train, and this was the first one I started using. I am loving it, because it is a complete workout that I can do properly, and it also has the nutrition side, which is very good.

My experience has been really good. I liked it a lot and I love having this app with me!

It has a broad training program that adapts to your real needs, and its food options are very dynamic and easy to follow.
The fact that it helps me know exactly how to do an exercise really helps avoid injury, and the digital coach is very handy when I have questions. Being able to adjust my diet in real time when I’m away from home makes it easier to stay on track with my goal of losing weight.
The variety of recipes is “incredible”: there are no excuses for not following a meal plan. Even when I’m out I can take a photo of the menu and it adjusts my plan so I reach my nutrition goal; it’s wonderful.
What a great touch to include a mini game for the recovery breaks: it’s simple, practical and enjoyable.

It does not throw you in at the deep end; it takes you along with progression.

I have never been good at exercise, and even less do I know what to do at the gym; I need someone to help me with a routine and to know how to do the exercises. Even so, in 3 months with FitAlaCarte (training 4 times a week, trying to be consistent) I lost weight, gained muscle mass, and my muscles are even starting to show. Not much, but honest work.
The difference, and what I feel has helped me, is that it does not throw you in at the deep end; it takes you along with progression, and it does not just show you how to do the exercises: it explains them, tells you the timing and where you should feel the work.
And Fitto ends up solving everything else: if I cannot go to the gym, it gives me a routine to do at home; if I am short on time, it tells me how to make the most of it; and if I get injured, when I tell it my shoulder or my knee hurts, it adjusts the plan so I do not make it worse.

I love FitAlaCarte. What stands out most to me is that it uses AI to adapt my exercise routine to my day-to-day life, which makes it much easier to follow a realistic, personalized plan.
I also find it incredible that the food recommendations take into account all my dietary and health restrictions.
I definitely recommend it, because the level of personalization it offers, together with the support to adjust my routine, makes it an excellent app.
